Cannot see the Character Transfer option in Online menu?

Hi,


I have played gta online for a while, i have also got and linked my rockstar social club account to my ps3 account then my ps4 can I still transfer my ps4 character to gta online on PC? or can you only transfer characters once?




I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
