the Komodo Titan an ECM related bonus instead of fighter?

Hi,


It's possible to give the Komodo an ECM related bonus - such as being able to fit Burst Projectors, OR, getting a massive boost to ECM jammer strength so they can fit a limited number of ECM modules, strong enough to have a meaningful chance of jamming other super capitals.
I was wondering what is the design logic behind this?
